My hubby came back this weekend
from his business trip and he brought a big surprise with him. An Olympus E – 520 DSLR cam. I was already thinking of getting a Nikon D-60 but this is much better according to reviews I read.
Of course I brought my new toy with me when we went to Chinatown last Saturday, and I was not disappointed. This is a great time to make pictures in Chinatown since the Lunar New year is fast approaching, there are a lot of decorations, stalls selling all kinds of stuff. This is my first time to use this camera so pictures I have are not super fabulous yet.…
Check another WS shots I took at pinayjade.com and read about the Year of the OX as well.

That’s a pretty long line – it must be really good. Love your pics. have a nice week ahead!
Wow, that is a long queue. The barbecued sweet pork must be very delicious and famous eh?
Have fun exploring your new ‘toy’.
Hey, advance gong xi fa cai!
Hi Jade!!! nice to see some pics from an Olympus Dslr. My first choice was also a Nikon D60, but I ended buying a Canon. Enjoy your week and welcome to WS!
Hi Jade I was there too! I also took some photos. I must say the CNY atmosphere here in SG is much better than in M’sia.
Hmmm…maybe the barbecue taste good because of the crowd lining up
