It’s just one of those days…I am probably just impatient!
I have been to the doctor and consulted him about IVF treatment in case it is still not successful trying to conceive naturally. IVF treatment is very expensive and it can be that it is not successful on the first trial. So I thought, let’s try first naturally.
I know that for some women may never have to worry about ovulation and conceiving. This is because you have no troubles getting pregnant, and you may have the family that you want.
A woman’s inability to get pregnant right away is stressful not only to herself but also to her partner. Because it is expected of her to bear children, not being able to do so is considered a failure on her part.
The pressure imposed on her by other people may add up to her stress and anxiety. The stressfulness cause negative changes in their mood and attitude. Stress and anxiety should be dealt with properly or it can lead to lots fighting between couples and possibly cause them their relationship.
There are many available options in helping women fulfill their yearning for motherhood. There could be disadvantages or side effects of some medications and treatments. Careful consideration that women or couples should decide what to undergo. If you have tried everything and nothing works , this does not necessarily mean losing your essence. ( That’s what I try to tell myself atleast)
After all, motherhood is not just attained biologically – adoption is always another option.
well mommy, you can always adopt but it would be very nice to bear one from within.
just don’t put too much pressure to yourself. it will cause you to be infertile because of too much stress. keep calm, we have a great big GOD to call upon!

have you seen the gal video before? I seen it.
Good luck with getting pregnant. I had a hard time and my kids are 4 yrs in between because of a hard time conceiving.

Hey Jade,
It is soooo frustrating and sometimes it is so hard to explain to people what you are feeling because no body goes through these things the same way.
For me we tried to conceive for 2 years before I went to a fertility specialist. It was then discovered that I would have never conceived without a surgery to clean up my fallopian tubes – well actually I had to have one removed and the over one cleaned up.
So, I do encourage you to seek what help you can to make sure that you do not need assistance. IVF is expensive but there are other procedures to take before you reach that point. So, make sure that you have a doctor who knows for sure that all other options are exhausted before trying this…

did i tell you about a friend of mine and her husband? they’ve tried everything there was and yet nothing came out of them. but after 10-12 years of trying, they were blessed with a beautiful girl. and the following year, meron na naman hanggang sa 4 na kids nila ngayon. so jade, if it’s meant to be, it’s meant to be. just trust in His plans…=)

@ cherry – Thanks for sharing that. I know it will happen if it’s meant to be. It’s just this feelings is sometimes hard to control and I need to let it out otherwise I won’t be able to function at all or worse I might get depressed. I am okay on whatever He plans for me.
I have a friend who is also struggling with this. I will pray for you, her and other women in your place. Don’t give up hope!
