There is nothing more annoying in the world that trying to find a Replacement Watch Bands. Well, OK, there are actually a huge number of more annoying things in the world like the Octomom than finding a replacement watch strap – but it is still very annoying!
You see mine broke the other day so I have been hunting a new one. I thought it would be easy, simply look online and order the right one, or maybe pop down into the market and find one there. Unfortunately not.
It seems watch straps come in all kinds of shapes, sizes, colors, materials and every other combination under the sun. There’s millions of them, how am I meant to know which will look best – never mind which is the best quality!
That’s the main issue I’m having, quality. I want a nice watch strap that will both look good and last. Having seen how much of a pain it is hunting for a new watch strap this time around I definitely don’t want to be doing so again in 6 months time – it should last me years.
I have to admit though, there are some very pretty watch straps out there like the ones at watchstyle.com. The variety of colors and patterns surprised me. Have a look for yourself, just do a quick Google around, there are loads of really attractive ones.
Watch straps with patters, with stones and jewels set in them, with bright colors or reflective materials. You can get lost for hours just looking at them (not that I did, far too busy, honest).
I haven’t settled on a watch strap yet, I’m still wondering about the quality of some of them… but am definitely tempted by some of them… maybe I can buy a few and change them depending on my mood. Cheaper than buying new watches anyway!
