As for now, i advice you to take RDA of folic acid, i think this also helped me conceive.. hirap din kasi ako ma-preggy nun. I took ots of supplements needed, i even slept early kasi midnight person ako. I kept my tummy warm. I think abnormal sleeping habits also affects fertility and menstrual cycle. Anyway, that was my research and after 2 months of healthy lifestyle, unexpectedly i got pregnant.

hi jade! i hope that this time, it will work out for you. i agree with bambie, if you are planning to conceive, that folic acid supplements as early as now. hope your period normalizes soon so that you will finally become a certain momma. God bless and viel glück!
