Embryo Transfer take 2

I was on AWOL and been neglecting this site for quite awhile. I am sorry guys. It’s just that I feel like I don’t have anything to share the last couple of months.

After my missed miscarriage, I have rested my body and mind.  After 4 months, I have visited my doctor again and told him we want to try again. We looked at my cycle schedule and planned my Embryo Transfer for the next cycle. He told me to take Clomid to help with my ovulation.

I took it on Day 2 – Day 6 as my doctor have told me. I then met him on December 8 (Day 12 of my cycle)   to see if my lining are alright and if I had follicles. There was indeed one big follicle measuring 19mm. Then we had to see if I was ovulating so I had to pee on a stick. I am. So we scheduled my Embryo Transfer yesterday ( December 13 ).

With Embryo Transfer, one has a full bladder. I did drink plenty of liquids and tried not to pee but I couldn’t hold it anymore so I just peed. I then drank 500 ml of water right away but then after a couple of minutes I had to pee again and was not able to control it again. My gosh! I am so annoyed at myself.

I drank again 4 glasses of water while waiting for the procedure wishing that it will fill my bladder very quickly…and it did.

I was brought to the operation room with full bladder…again I couldn’t stop myself from peeing while I was waiting for the room to be ready. I went to pee and tried my hardest not to pee it all.

The nurse said, “Oh well, if you couldn’t stop it. It’s okay” She was really really sweet and so as my doctor. They checked my bladder if my uterus is still visible, it was, thank goodness.  They did the transfer and I had to pee again right after. I thought to myself, what’s wrong with me for Pete’s sake.

Now, we just wait and see for 2 weeks.I am very nervous  but I try to stay calm and relax.

Please please please, I hope this really is my time to be a momma.

i can feel your sentiments. I also had two miscarriage and it was very frustrating and sad. I used to take clomid but no effect. In my third pregnancy, my doctor advised me to have a bed rest and has put me in medication/pampakapit daw, she also administer injectible medicine (i think r the hormones). My pregnancy was quite hard and i still have spotting in my third and fifth months. I even had an emergency caesarian because my baby already made her first pooh-pu before she was born. What a journey yet it was very fulfilling.

I wish and i prayed that your wish will be granted. You will always be in my prayers. good luck.

thank you for visiting my site too and for your interest to sponsor in my contest. That would really be great, a link for my sponsors for all the participants but i hope you can help me how to do this, i am really a newbie in terms of this. What I had in mind is to get all sponsors badges and participants would eventually put them in their sidebars but just a simple site link could also do best as not to clutter everybody’s blog. Hope you can give me an insight. thank you so much for your help. Looking forward to your response and your pledges too.
