Today’s Flowers : Santan Flower

Santan flowers (ixora coccinea) can be found in many houses in the Philippines. It’s not only ornamental but for some it serves as a secondary fence. I have a lot of childhood memories with these flowers. I would often ask our neighbors if I could pick some flowers from their garden and bring it to church.

Propagating these plant is pretty easy, stem cutting is the easiest.
