Sean weighs 6.2 kg as of posting. He’s a very friendly baby, smiles to anybody that smiles or talks to him. He’s also quite strong, e.g. he never got fever after getting his vaccinations.
At 3 months plus ( 3 months and 2 weeks at the time of writing actually ), he is super active. Thank goodness there’s two of us taking care of him. Sometimes when he’s drinking his milk, he would just start “talking” and then stops drinking altogether. At first, it worried us that he doesn’t finish his milk but after some research on the net and confirmation from mommy friends it looks like it’s not a problem – as long as he doesn’t lose weight he’s fine.
He’s been sleeping longer than a month ago. When we are lucky he would go right back to sleep after being fed but most of the time it would take awhile before we could get him to sleep again.
There are times when he would suddenly just cry for no reason apparent to us at least. No matter how we try to comfort him, he would just cry for a good 10 minutes or longer. Could it be colic or could he be teething? We just don’t know.
I am trying to to use the CIO (Crying it out) approach on him but I tell you it’s not really easy for me. I always end up picking him after a couple of minutes. I could never stand him crying for a minute, let alone fifteen minutes or longer!
I would love to hear about sleep training experiences from you guys, we could use all the help you can offer!

Mare, mga anak ko rin lahat yan iyakin noong babies, maglalaro konti then iiyak na, it’s their way of saying “pick me up Mom..” basta naibaba naman siya, ok lang, give him toys to play with, make sure the diaper is dry and he’s full, there should be any reason to cry. Or meron talagang mga batang mangit “iyakin” I am glad tapos na ako sa ganyang stage, ibang klaseng stress naman ang hinaharap ko now..:) but I love every minute of being a mom..I know that you do too..:)

From my experience, normal lang umiyak mga babies lalo na pag sobra na-excite. I remember, kapag may bisita kami, dun umiiyak si Anzu at night. Siguro dahil nga na-excite sya sa mga tao.. Di rin ako nahirapan sa pagpapatulog and feeding kasi by schedule.. Sabi nila mas maganda daw yun masanay sa schedule para di ka rin mahirapan.. Anyway, enjoy motherhood Momma Jade
