The last couple of weeks I have been lucky enough to witness several cultural events in Singapore, one of them is  Thaipusam Event  in Singapore.

Moving Stress

I have seriously so much to do. Remember I have told you that we are moving to a new place.
Well, it would be happening in about a month from now. We already started clearing each rooms, so far we’ve finished clearing and cleaning 3 of the 5 bedrooms. We have also already packed some of our clothes that we hardly use like the winter clothes ( Yeah I know – I am in Asia now, but can’t get rid of them yet because you’ll never know what will happen in the future)

Today I will be working on the packing the kitchen items but stress is getting into me.

I am trying to relax at this very moment. I am browsing through magazines and trying to envision our new place, very organized and clean. I want area rugs for the living room…maybe I will get one! I think we might get a few lamps too because the ones we have are already about to retire.

Oh well I probably need to get back to doing my tasks or I won’t be finished.

This is my first time to join weekend snapshot.

My hubby came back this weekend ;) from his business trip and he brought a big surprise with him. An Olympus E – 520 DSLR cam. I was already thinking of getting a Nikon D-60 but this is much better according to reviews I read.

Of course I brought my new toy with me when we went to Chinatown last Saturday, and I was not disappointed. This is a great time to make pictures in Chinatown since the Lunar New year is fast approaching, there are a lot of decorations, stalls selling all kinds of stuff. This is my first time to use this camera so pictures I have are not super fabulous yet.

Check another WS shots I took at
