Sending and receiving mails today only took a second or two if you have a computer and an internet connection, yo can do it through email. I love living here in the Eastcoast. We recently moved to a condo. At first I was thinking of putting
Window Box Planters but it’s so green outside so I didn’t bother anymore. I just kept the planter I bought in Holland in the box we used to move house.
And the beach is just a couple of minutes away. Going to the beach you will also see lots of Outdoor Planters planted with Bougainvillea. It’s so cheerful everywhere you look because of the plants. I love it!
We can just get out and walk to the beach for some exercise. This morning I also checked out what kind of activities I can do on my spare time. It’s time I do some other things beside from sitting behind my laptop.
What’s only a bit of a drag from living in a condo is that there are some neighbors upstairs that are plain inconsiderate! They have been throwing cigarette butts on our balcony all the time, I already complained to the management about this and I do hope it stops soon. I don’t think it’s the neighbor one floor up because they have Planters around their balcony so it means they hardly go to that side where I always see the ciggy butts.
So I am still trying to process everything I have seen in our vacation in Hong Kong and Macau. We have visited lots of places and have seen interesting things and I must say that the casinos in Macau were really impressive and extravagant. It’s filled with high quality designer modern furniture from Italy, Germany, Spain and Belgium.
My hubby actually has a soft spot for european furniture but I think when we have our house built in our farm we will go more for asian themed furnishings. He does insist that we bring our living room set that we bought in Holland. That’s alright, atleast we will still have a piece of Holland with us.
It has been almost a month since the storm hit my home country. My family are now safe but some of my friends were greatly affected by it. One of them is my friend Pehpot who’s now considering on looking for a new place to live. During the heights of the flash flood, their house was submerged in almost 2 meters deep flood. I can imagine how scary it must have been to them.
Moving Boxes is what she needs now to make her moving out easier. Although most of her appliances were washed out by the flood, they were able to save some of their things. I already suggested that she should start packing her things. I think it is now wiser to look for a place that is high enough or maybe rent a condo.
Although it has been weeks already, I was told that she is still worried about their safety. I really wish she can find a good place to stay the soonest possible time.
If you are a very busy person having multiple jobs a day, most probably you have neglected or have no time to clean your house anymore, we all know how it is hard to keep our place clean and orderly. Solution, find someone who will do the job for you. Hire a maid. There are many companies that offer cleaning services, and you can contact them through phone or online for the service.

Is the maid reliable and have good training? You must first screen a person to know that you can trust him or her before you let them in to your home. Do some background checking before you hire a maid or helper. Know if they don’t have criminal records.
Safety is the number one concern, especially if you have kids and you will leave them alone with a stranger or have some valuable possessions but you have to leave for work while the maid is cleaning the house. In case of emergency know if they are prepared and know what to do.
Do some online screening of the company where they came from. Get some references from other homeowners that are using this type of service, ask if the company is reputable and give quality service. Or get the same company that your friends or relatives trusted and recommended. Before signing the work contract, discuss the payment arrangement and the cleaning package, so that everything is clear and they can proceed with the job.
It is never too early to plan for my retirement. All of you knows that I am still a momma wannabe or ttc (trying to conceive). Although we are still trying , my plans are already definite. I am going to be stay at home mother. I want to see my kids grow and I want to be as hands on to them as I can. I know that being a stay at home mother is not easy. It requires time and a lot of patient. In some, it is financially impossible.
I heard a lot of stories about couples who cannot afford to support the family if the mom would stay at home. In a way, I am prepared for that. I have been thinking of buying Drink machine and turn it into a profitable one. I also thought of putting up my own small coffee shop and a resort . A cozy one (with a wifi of course) with a very relaxing atmosphere. From my experience with our Espresso Machine, I knew I can make a good coffee (and hubby agrees).
Coffee machine and the likes are a must when you want to have your own coffee shop. The odd secret of a good coffee (aside from the coffee bean variety) is of course the machine where it is made.
