Hiya guys! Mommawannabe is back! Hope all of you are well.
We had a blast with our vacation, it was great to be in the farm. So many changes have taken place since we were there last November. My Dutch brother-in-law is now living there with his girlfriend and he’s really loving farm life. They even bought goats and have set up their own vegetable garden. That’s really great because he’s setting a good example for all our workers – we want them to be self sufficient.
We don’t have electricity yet in our farm but we are not totally disconnected with the world. There’s a good mobile connection there because a cell tower is nearby. Anyway, if there was no cell tower there, you could nowadays set up cell towers in your property….yeah I know what you are thinking! So many things are now within reach, almost nothing is impossible nowadays.
While we were visiting each of the tree farms, this mother and child chicken caught my attention. Ain’t it cute, a chicken piggybacking
?

I’ll tell you more in the upcoming days…I need to catch up on my laundry.
Hello! Welcome back to my blog :)
Can I just rant?
Of course I can… this is my blog Bwahhaaha;)!
We have ordered a vehicle in the Philippines and it’s actually already finished. We thought we would be able to use it on our upcoming trip two weeks from now… but the registration papers are still not in order.
I am not frustrated by that fact actually. But what annoys me is that our contact person is avoiding my calls. It is so easy to say to tell me that due to some red tape issues, the vehicle won’t be ready for delivery yet. I could understand that for Pete’s sake, I grew up in the Philippines.
I know that she is avoiding my calls because she have somebody else answer her mobile phone to tell me she’s out of town. I found it suspicious that somebody else has her mobile phone while “she’s out of town” so I called the general manager but he was not at the office. The clerk asked me if she could help me. I told her I am calling about the vehicle I ordered. She said she will connect me with the sales department.
Guess who answered the phone?
My contact person. I asked first ” Who am I speaking to?” She said her name and Voila! she’s caught in the act. And as a typical Filipino, I didn’t wanna shame her by asking why is she hiding from me?
But that’s just so unprofessional! I mean I know that they do have international clients, if she asks the way she did with me – they will be giving a very bad impression. I don’t know if I should email the general manager or do I just let it be.
I don’t know…I don’t think I look scary or sound scary ;( Anyway, I still need to do some research for good but low cost auto insurance in the Philippines.
Do you know one?
I have acquired so many hobbies over the years. Most of the time I earn something extra from these hobbies which makes it very appealing to me. I was an avid Ebayer while I was living in Holland. I enjoyed it a lot.
And then I discovered jewelery making and got totally hooked as well. I sold my creations through Ebay too and earned quite a few thousand Euros or so.
I still have so much materials from these past hobby of mine. I don’t know yet if I am going to continue this hobby. And to think I was planning to buy some rock tumblers I saw the other month while window shopping.
I just cannot find the time anymore with all my blogging activity, planning other businesses and life.
If you are a beader and have interest in my beading supplies, do contact me. I think I will be selling it really low.
What about you, do you have other hobbies too that are just neglected and taking a back seat at the moment?

This is my alter ego. Yep, don’t mess with me or I’ll throw a can of tuna at you. LOL!
Can you believe it’s Friday already? Geez time is surely passing by like a bullet.
This weekend, hubby said we need to finish unpacking all the boxes … I agree with him because it would be way better to move around the house without trying to squeeze in through boxes to get to where we wanna go.
Reminder to self – buy groceries and don’t forget the moth traps and some herb seeds too so you can start your herb garden.
Fashion keeps on changing every year but one thing that doesn’t change is STYLE. And tuxedos are the embodiment of style. Why should we let men be the only ones to enjoy the alluring elegance of a tuxedo? If I had an event to go to, I’d definitely would want to wear a tuxedo. Don’t you just love women who can pull off a sexy look wearing just about anything ? Especially when they wear a feminine tuxedo. Just look at these female celebs who has definitely pulled off the classic sophistication of the tuxedo.

Now Brad, if ever Angelina doesn’t feel like going to another award ceremony, give me a call so I can wear one of these sexy tuxedo jackets!

I am an avid fan of bingo since I was very small. I played it a lot with family during family reunions.
I discovered online bingo awhile back before I got addicted to blogging. I played it in the afternoons when there is not much work around the house. I used to have trouble finding the kind of sites I would liked to play at. If there were very few players on a site, it was not really fun.
One day, I came across this website called bingoport.co.uk that gave me all the information I could have wanted about any popular online bingo site. The site provides details of all offers and promotions offered by different bingo sites and even rated them according to the feedback received by them.
I decided to test them out. One site that seems good enough is Gala Bingo, a popular online bingo site. I knew a bit about the website but I wanted to compare it with other bingo sited. To my surprise the site had very accurate reviews and ratings.
If you ever get bored or want to take a break from the daily stress in life, play free bingo online.
