During my college days, there was no such thing as college credit cards. Now you have all sorts of credit cards for all type of people.
College credit cards are the credit cards that have been specially designed for college students to let them experience the benefits of credit cards much earlier in their life. These types of credit cards come with certain restrictions and limitations that the normal credit cards don’t have.
Most credit card companies that offer college credit cards will normally need a co-signer, normally a parent or guardian. This is a sort of insurance for the credit card companies – this gives them a peace of mind in case the student doesn’t pay his/her debt.
It can be good – because students would learn in an early stage the responsibility of having a credit card.
It can be very bad too – if you are easily tempted to splurge on nonsense things.
Lots of young people ‘swipe’ without even thinking first. This is not a very good attitude. If they do this irresponsibly – they will probably be paying debts their whole life.
College credit cards will certainly make life easy for the cautious student who shops intelligently and manages money carefully.
So, college credit cards are really something that every student should consider going for. As long as the cards are not misused, getting a credit card while still in college can be a very good learning experience.

Credit cards have become a necessity for most people. It makes our lives so much easier – because by using this we can go cashless shopping which saves us the hassle of finding the atm machines. It is also very useful if you want to shop online for products that you cannot find in your local shops.
Credit Card are also very handy when you go on a holiday to a different country. You can keep track of all your spending and you won’t have to carry large amount of money. This will make your vacation more relaxed.
We use our credit cards alot but only because of the perks. We do pay it on time. We believe in only spending money that we already have.
Lots of credit cards companies will give you cash back or rewards when you use your card. There are different types of rewards.
Cash back is a small percentage of what you spend, and is given to you at the end of the month.
Another type is where you accumulate points for every purchase you make using that card. Once you have enough points, you can redeem items like shopping voucher, dinining voucher and many more.
Some cards will have limits as to how many points you can receive, which again makes it your best interest to shop around.
In Singapore it is typical to see Lamborghini, Ferraris and Maseratis. Our landlord owns a yellow Lamborghini and he’s in his 30′s or maybe 40′s! Well they are probably rich already and the car could have been a gift from his parents.

They say in Singapore – your car represents your status in life or what type of person you are. Well if you think about it, it is the same mentality wherever you are – either in the Philippines, Singapore or in Holland.
If your car is expensive – it gives the impression that you are rich or have made it in life.
But when I saw this wooden tricycle while on vacation in Palawan, Philippines – the impression that I got was that this person is probably very artistic and cool. This is his Ferrari.

Ferraris are nice to look at and all but I wouldn’t buy it myself. I mean a couple of Ferrari parts could probably already buy me a wooden tricycle or two. But if somebody will give it as a birthday present, I would not refuse it 
Oh well, to each his own!

I have families everywhere – aunts and cousins in California, an aunt and uncle in Las Vegas, friends all over the US and Europe. Life have sent us to all corners of the earth.
Once in awhile I have these urges to hear their voices and speak to them right away. You know…just catch up on what’s going on each others’ lives.
So whenever I get this urges – I”ll call but sometimes I get no answer, it’s not even ringing at all. They could have changed their number for some reason. It could happen – people nowadays have such busy lives we forget to update friends and families on our new contact numbers.
I am glad there’s Phone Number Hunter, no more wasting time in trying to find friends and families’ phone numbers. I am sure the one you’re calling will be surprised and glad unless ofcourse they are hiding from you. LOL!
Games are not what they were in past. In my childhood days we waited for those post-noon hours to get some outdoor gaming fun like volleyball and hide and seek. If the weather doesn’t permit us to go out there were also many games that we can play like pick-up sticks, domino, scrabble, chess and snakes and ladders.
Times have changed. Children now prefer to play with gaming consoles like PlayStation, xbox 360 and many others. I wonder if children still play with the games I have mentioned above…
I am still doing a lot of planning for our move to the new place I have mentioned to in my other blog pinayjade.com. I work a lot at home and this year my goal is to earn at least 5 times more of what I have earned last year. I am thinking of going into forex investment and I am also learning about stocks from hubby, we might need to get another monitor like the Rackmount monitor to really do it right. Stocks need a lot of monitoring…it’s probably not the best time to invest now but you have to watch it anyway.
